Refund Policy

At Haysuccess Media Agency, we take the quality of our work seriously. This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be available, and how we handle dissatisfaction when it arises.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
Before a refund is ever considered, we want to resolve the issue. If any deliverable is not what was agreed, or if a campaign is underperforming against the expectations set at the start of the engagement, we ask that you contact us first. We will address the problem directly.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
- A service was paid for and not delivered within the agreed timeline, through no fault of the client
- A specific deliverable was agreed in writing and was not provided
- A significant error in our work caused direct, demonstrable harm to the client’s campaign or reputation
Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed campaign work where all agreed deliverables were provided
- Consultations and strategy sessions that were attended by the client
- Third-party costs incurred on the client’s behalf (advertising spend, platform subscriptions, distribution fees)
- Services where results did not meet the client’s personal expectations, but all agreed deliverables were delivered
- Work that has been in progress for more than 30 days
We do not guarantee specific outcomes — only that the work agreed will be done to a professional standard.
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where a project was partially completed and the remaining work cannot be delivered, a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted work may be issued at Haysuccess’s discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to Info@haysuccessmediaagency.com with the subject line ‘Refund Request — [Your Name / Project Name]’. Include a clear description of the issue, the relevant invoice or payment reference, and any supporting documentation.
6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible. If the original method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative with you in writing.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that clients contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be contested. We take fraud prevention seriously and cooperate fully with payment processors and financial institutions.
